I’m not quite happy with the return policies. Specifically regarding not accepting any returns unless something is broken. I feel like the ordering and Apex recommended upgrades process is complex enough that if you get something you won’t use you should be able to return it, even if it requires a small fee. If I had less scruples I could have returned the product damaged. I don’t think I’ve ever heard of a company that wouldn’t accept a simple return. Therefore it will be hard for me to ever recommend Apex Gaming.

Just feels that Apex is either understaffed or has obstacles in their pc building process that need to be ironed out. Communication regarding the parts of my pc that were delayed was non-existent, and I had to reach out to know what was going on. Honestly wouldn't recommend :(

The PC is great! No issues with running it thus far.
It took a really long time to get. About 4 months after ordering it which was 2 months longer than Apex's estimate. I think Apex could be better about communicated delays as I had to repeatedly email and ask for updates.

I got this rig and when it arrived, it was wonky. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it did not. It got to the point where it would auto restart by itself and crash constantly. Sent it in to get fixed. Received it back “fixed”. Turned it on when I got it back, didn’t want to work. Second day, worked fine. Third and fourth day, wouldn’t even boot.

Only took around 2-3 months to arrive and has worked perfectly since then I can play whatever I want at max settings also works well with my vr pretty well

Took WAY longer than expected. But customer service was very friendly and helped me out. Computer runs smooth and clean.

At first things were great. Ran well and as expected! Streams went smooth and never had even remotely an issue with running anything.
Flash forward 3 months. The SSD boot drive failed. All my data gone. As of yet.. no response from the support team.
Now I'm having to spend more money to fix and replace parts on a PC that should've been more than future proofed.
I'm not pleased.
Can't say I would wholeheartedly recommend them as my experience hasn't been the smoothest.
