At Apex Gaming PCs, we’re committed to making sure you’re thrilled with your purchase. Our Returns and Cancellations Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and hassle-free, so you can shop with confidence. Here’s everything you need to know:
Returns Policy
30-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns
- If your PC arrives damaged, dead on arrival (DOA), has incorrect parts, or has significant issues that our team can’t resolve remotely, we’ve got you covered. You’re eligible for:
- A full refund or a free replacement PC shipped within 72 hours (based on part and model availability).
- Free return shipping for eligible returns.
- To qualify, the PC must be returned in the same condition it was delivered in.
- Apex Gaming PCs must be notified of any issues listed above (damage, dead on arrival, or incorrect parts) within 72 hours of delivery to qualify.
- If your PC experiences reliability issues that are confirmed by our RMA team within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund.
- If our RMA team is unable to duplicate the issues, a up to a 30% restocking fee will apply if you choose to return the system.
Other Returns
- If you’re returning a PC for any other reason:
- Up to a 30% restocking fee may apply depending on the reason for the return.
- Shipping expenses will not be refunded.
- Sales taxes will not be refunded.
Exclusions from Standard Returns
Certain products are ineligible for return under our standard policy, including:
- Custom loop PCs.
- PCs shipped with non-standard parts requested by the customer.
- PCs with custom modifications, decals, or paint.
- PCs requested for return more than 60 days after delivery.
Military APO & International Returns
- For military APO addresses and international customers (outside the U.S.), return times may be extended due to longer shipping times.
Refusal of Delivery
Please note that refusing a shipment does not qualify as a valid cancellation or return and will not automatically result in a refund. Because each of our PCs is built to order, by the time your system is shipped, we have already purchased and assembled components specifically for you.
- Shipping & Handling Costs: If a shipment is refused, the round-trip shipping costs—both to your address and back to our facilities—will remain the responsibility of the customer.
- No Automatic Refund: We will not issue a refund simply because an order is refused; if a shipment is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge restocking or handling fees consistent with our Returns Policy.
- Custom-Built Items: Once the two-hour cancellation window has passed and assembly begins, your PC is considered “in production.” We build, test, and package every custom PC to ensure top performance, and this process incurs significant labor and component costs.
- Further Steps: If you refuse a shipment and wish to discuss next steps, you must contact us at Support@ApexGamingPCs.com. We will review your case and any applicable fees will be explained in detail.
Return to Sender
Returned PCs
- If a PC is returned to us after shipment, we’ll notify you and request additional information.
- If we don’t hear back within 30 days, the order will be canceled, and a 30% restocking fee will apply.
Cancellations Policy
At Apex Gaming PCs, we pride ourselves on delivering your dream gaming machine as quickly and efficiently as possible. The moment you place your order, our team begins preparing for production—selecting and reserving high-quality components, assembling, testing, and packaging your system so it’s ready to ship as soon as possible.
Given the investment of time and resources in these initial stages, we offer a brief window of 48 hours for any last-minute changes to your order free of charge. After this window, cancellation fees will apply.

Custom Gaming PCs
- Our custom PCs are built to order, and processing times typically range from 2–4 weeks (average lead time is 13-18 business days).
- For water-cooled systems, lead times may extend up to 30 business days.
- Restocking fees of 15% will apply to any cancellation requests made outside of the first 48 hours.
Same Day Ship (SDS) & Ready to Ship (RTS) PCs
- SDS & RTS orders cannot be canceled.
- Same Day Ship laptops may take up to 4 business days to ship.
- Sales tax and shipping fees will not be refunded.
Delayed Orders
- If your order exceeds 30 business days or the specified lead time for SDS, RTS, or Rush Builds, you may cancel for a full refund by contacting Support@ApexGamingPCs.com.
Pending Payments
- Orders delayed due to non-payment for requested changes cannot be canceled, regardless of the time since the order was placed.
- We will not ship any PC without complete payment.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method only.
Order Timing
- If an order is placed after 12 pm CST, the first business day toward the lead time will be the following business day.
High Fraud Risk Orders
- If our payment processor flags an order as having a high risk of fraud, we’ll request additional information before shipping.
- If we don’t receive a reply within 30 days, the order will be canceled and fully refunded.
Transparency and Communication
